已付了1000元，然後他要我用身份証認証。我用身份証認証後不能跳去下一個畫面。客戶服務一天至兩天才回覆我一個信息。我的subscribe 到11月14日到期，已過了3天，錢和日子沒有補回給我，袋給到今天還借不到。

DON'T subscribe to their plan. If you remain credits for renting bags, u cannot keep the credits when u want to unsubscribe the plan. That means u will lose all paid money when u unsubscribe, except u really rent the bags monthly and use all the credits before unsubscribe.
