I can't input Hong Kong tel number to the app. When a parcel come, no message,no notification. And the parcel refused by client?? I can't find a way to ask what happen! How can i get someone to help?? The "chat with postnord" ended itself, i could ask a single question!

Hi Chermain! It's not possible to add a phone number from Hong Kong in the app. You can add phone numbers from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Regards Ebba, PostNord.
