I have never agreed to auto-renew the weekly pass as I buy the initial pass. As a tourist, I was no longer in Australia and won't be able to use your service. Your company had AUTOmatically decided for me that I need to RENEW my pass and changed me 6 more weeks!!! I need your company to cancel those transaction or refund as soon as possible.
