Updated review 11/14/2018. Bad customer service. Teledoc was good and cheap and convenient. I was happy with it till this incident happened. I went to pick up my prescription and CVS did not receive it. OK. Small miscommunication, it is totally acceptable. CVS asked me to wait it out and I did. I went back few days later and nope. I waited and waited. But, my eczema is so itchy today. I called the customer service. Teledoc asked me for $5 again to give me another visit. I paid $10 for a mess up visit and now I need to pay for another $5. These are what Teledoc said. 1.) "Did you go back the pharmacy few days after the first time?" "Yes." "But did you go back to the pharmacy TODAY?" She keep on implying that is my fault for not going back. It is midnight already the pharmacy is closed today. So if I did not go to the pharmacy today, the fault is at my end? 2.) "Hey, I don't like the $5 arrangement." "Please UNDERSTAND that we did not charge the $5. It is YOUR INSURANCE charging you." Okay. My insurance sucks. Thanks. It is just 5 bucks but I know they are charging the insurance more. I hate my insurance company but we should still be fair. My insurance did nothing wrong.
