Fopi: Gxila, Hlela, Feza!
I-Fopi uhlelo lokusebenza oluklanyelwe ukuthuthukisa ukukhiqiza nokugxila kwawo wonke umuntu, kusukela kubafundi ukuya kochwepheshe. Ikuvumela ukuthi ulawule isikhathi sakho sokugxila, ulandelele imisebenzi yakho, uhlole ukusebenza kwakho ngezibalo, futhi uqhudelane nabanye abasebenzisi.
I-Fopi, ehlanganiswe nendlela ye-Pomodoro, ihlose ukuthuthukisa izikhathi zokugxila. Abasebenzisi bangathuthukisa ukukhiqiza ngokugxilisa ingqondo phakathi nezikhawu zesikhathi ezimisiwe. Indlela ye-Pomodoro isiza umsebenzi osebenza ngempumelelo kakhulu ngokuhlanganisa izikhawu ezimfushane zomsebenzi kanye nekhefu elivamile, okukhuthaza ukunakwa okuqhubekayo.

- Buka amahora akho okusebenza ngezibalo ezinemininingwane.
- Yenza ukuhlaziya ukusebenza kwansuku zonke, kweviki, kanye nenyanga.
4) Ibhodi yabaphambili:
- Qhudelana nabanye abasebenzisi.
- Ibhodi labaphambili libonisa amahora okusebenza nsuku zonke, masonto onke, kanye nanyanga zonke.
