Trapper's Sushi

This app is horrible. Can't redeem free items (which also can't be redeemed in person), and there are no descriptions of their food at all, and no photos. So you have no idea what you're ordering. Items are split up according to Japanese naming conventions, so that also explains nothing. I was hoping these were new app growing pains, but it's been months now. No excuse.

The app sucks! But the workers in store are excellent! This review is for the app itself and the functionality (or lack thereof). It is impossible to order anything from the app, let alone rewards. I have rewards and they don't show you an expiration date on them. Not only that but you click on a location to order and it shows that there are no available items. At ALL. Even though the store does use the app, and encourages us to use it. I can't order or redeem my points at all with this app.

Neat app, but there is no way to ask for NO sauce, only to add sauces. Yuck. They put sauces on just about *everything*. Please add this feature? Then I might use it.
