PP code sucks!! We installed PP three months ago (approx). It worked well during the first one and a half months. Afterward, the app started to fail. It takes more than five minutes to start, and most of the time PP doesn't start. If we get the APP opens, it always freezes after a few minutes. When the app freezes (while it is starting or when my son is using it), I follow the next procedure to try to unfreeze it: I close the app from the system manager, then reboot the tablet, and start PP again. Sadly, this procedure works a few times most of the time, PP doesn't unfreeze. My final evaluation of the APP: the idea is excellent, but the code sucks!!!

When I pause the subscription it simply stops my activities while I have PAID for the rest of the month. No reinstallation, no restoration helps. Complete scam. Avoid paying.
