I really liked the video the app made for me, but I still haven't figured out how to download onto Facebook or Instagram, and the FAQ section is of no help. Apparently the only support available is through their e-mail. As far as the credit system goes, you get 7 credits for the "basic package," and they only charge one credit per commercial they create so I don't mind it considering what it does for you. Overall I like it. Perhaps down the road they might consider a more expedient support syst

App charges you for subscription then when you build an ad it says you have to use credits, yet you aren't told it's a credit system you're on. Credits charged even if video doesn't render. They also charge a fee if you run an ad, so a lot of fees every time you do stuff. Next, the AI characters have English accents. No tutorials to help you navigate whether you are doing things right. The ads give metrics like folks are clicking on links, but I didn't receive 1 order or any leads.

I've had the app for 4 days now. The app severely slows the phone down. The videos don't play- only audio. And it's unclear how to get more credits. When I reached out to the team they said to reinstall and to reach out of more problems ensue. We'll 3rd credit for videos and again, just audio. This is a PAY 1ST then find out what you get app and I would love nothing more than a refund. If the videos would play I'd keep the app but every project I do, it's not playing properly.
