App doesn't run on my Android TV, and is clunky on my phone. It's an app for streaming documentaries, and it doesn't work on Android TVs??? Instead I should Chromecast from my phone??? But the Chromecast function also doesn't work. The Google TV app on my phone can Chromecast to the TV, the Bluetooth Mouse app can, but not History Vault??? I've been subscribed for two months and have never used it, because you didn't bother to make it work with a TV remote. Total disappointment.

They don't provide direct subscription, I can get all the episodes of my favorite series on the phone, yet I can't get it on my fire TV. What's the point of paying for a subscription if you can't watch it anywhere. You think that it being a learning channel of some sort it will learn how to give us direct subscription like every other app does. This app is ridiculous. I canceled my subscription and uninstalled immediately. What a waste and time.

It's a genuinely bad paid app for binge watching. No auto play, no next episode, and you actually have to navigate around to find the next episode. Also doesn't even list the episode number when on an episode. Funny how the ad based app doesn't have these issues. Update: App suddenly decides to stop working with Chromecast, restarted all devices, no luck. Tried on tablet and phone. Other apps still cast. Update: The email they gave me ignored me entirely. My email is literally in the name above.
