This app just doesn't work for me, I ended up having to call Amtrak to book my tickets, then they didn't add my points to my balance. The old app was perfect, it never failed. When I bought a brand new phone, they made me switch to this one and it just goes error, everytime I hit a button. Also, I'd like my points and an apology for losing all my info and saved lounge passes. I love Amtrak and I love the train. But I lost a ton of points, lounge privileges, because they got this new version.

It could be that I'm trying to book and pay for my trip after business hours, but I'm unable to complete the transaction. Unable to use features such as buy points basically it was a waste of time so together this weekend tho I was able to complete a booking once successfully. I'm not sure if I shouldn't give it a ZERO considering I'm unable to book my trip. The app is fairly smooth just very unfruitful

The UI on the most important screens of this app is not intuitive. Simple stuff like when there is a delay, I don't need both arrival and departure for each station. It gets confusing, the arrival time of my departing stop is inconsequential to me. Or at least fix the hierarchy, make it smaller. Same thing with the departure time of your arriving station. Also, I think delays should be presented directly on the home screen when you open up your scheduled ride. Not have to go into "Trip Tools"
