Edit: This new app is absolutely horrible - what on earth were you possibly thinking releasing it!?!?!?!? Everything takes forever and glitches- says my rental started when I haven't, won't let me change pickup times, just freezes and says it's loading, HORRIBLE!!!! The app is ok. It has the essential features I need as an Avis Preferred member, but just doesn't flow very smooth. Need to force close and reopen the app often.

The app is terrible! It can't even display my past rentals, even though I booked them all through the app. I called customer service, and they blamed me, saying I booked through the website instead of the app, even though I've never used the website! On top of that, my total spending doesn't match what the app says, so I'm missing out on points. But according to customer service, it's also my fault. I think I'll cut my losses and go with a different company from now on... 😔

The recent update to the UI makes the app impossible to use. What was the PM thinking? Worse UX flows: needs more steps to get to frequently used functions. Slow responses: each and every step requires online refresh (seeming have no cache), which takes at least 5 seconds each click. I would go back to the old version if I could!!!
