The mobile app functions better than the TV app. The captions setting has to be turned on or off every time the TV app is used, as opposed to staying set one way even after the app is closed. The sound continues to play for several seconds after the TV app is closed. These two things would make a load of difference in the performance of the TV app. It is also unfortunate that I can't use the mobile app outside of my home, which literally makes it not mobile.

As if your app wasn't working poorly before and was worse than your previous versions of cable.. now it just deleted (on its own via an error like other programs lately) both college championship games I wanted to watch today! Thanks a bunch! Why am I paying for a DVR when your app screws it up and deletes things? This has been out for long enough, fix it!

Excellent app for replacement of cable boxes/equipment. So far, since the app was rereleased to customers 4/1/20, it has worked very well. However, the app is still missing on demand features, but a Buckeye rep told me it is coming soon. If it comes and works well, the app will get a 5 star rating. We'll see!
