The books are great, but the app contains a number of technical issues and if you aren't careful, the audio skips portions of the purchased chapter. When I attempted to receive assistance, due to having purchased a free reading card, the response I received was completely incorrect. As you stated, due to the time difference the response does take an extended period of time, but due to incorrect information being giving, it's not worth the time. I've only learned to spend my money elsewhere.

I love reading the stories on the app. The only downfall is how expensive each story is. If we are going to be paying a pretty decent amount of money just to read 1 story the story could be gramatically correct and no repeats I read a story where I was in the middle of a paragraph and then it started repeating the paragraph again and then jumped back to what is was supposed to be. These authors need to seriously proof read their writings it's frustrating. Other than that the app is good.

Would be ok if a month to month subscription was available like Kindle has. The books have so many chapters, a person would go broke trying to read even one. Coins are exorbitant. Not enough free coins per day are given to even cover one chapter unless it's a very short chapter. If I get a free chapter offer for watching 2 ads, the ads conveniently won't load. Starting to really hate this app. I'm gonna just use Amazon Kindle from now on. Books are very cheap there, and some are free.
