App was working perfectly fine and then I tried to login today and app keeps crashing...very annoying and hindering to business. I was told to reach out via Twitter or email but the email "help" I received was telling me to reinstall the app (why didn't I think of that š) then I was told to contact the number on the back of my card because they couldn't help me out further than that?? Great job with your "IT" department

I own a Google phone and the default keyboard IS Gboard. Not only is this a horrible app, if you own a Google branded phone, you can't even execute the app. As others have stated, I only wanted the app to replace the extremely old fashioned and inconvenient "mini-calculator" Digipass to generate an OTP1. Yet another reason to reevaluate my business banking options. Chase is looking pretty good so far.

1. I have to switch to the Samsung keyboard before running the app (from Google keyboard). Otherwise, it won't work. 2. Then the App says my data is wrong, even when I use the same info that works in the web site 3. Called support. They asked to reset the password, reinstalled the app... at the end they said is my phone (Samsung 8+ with latest Android Pie 9)... The app doesn't work and support even worst. They indicated to navigate to inexistent menus...
