So much trouble. The app won't let me log in because my phone number changed and apparently it needs to be my number for 90 days for customer service to change it in order for me to be able to view my account. I'm supposed to have autopay but now I'm getting past due notifications in the mail, never one single email. Customer care tells me to log in on their old website, which apparently can't take payments anymore. I'm not sure who is running this place but it isn't looking good.

I've been paying about a year on a Xbox through them with the all access, have had zero issues and it's been a pretty amazing way to effectively save money on a purchase I was going to make regardless. 0% over two years is an incredible deal, and I would absolutely use their service again.

You all made my gaming life so simple I enrolled you shipped I enjoy and have simple automatic low payments every month couldn't ask for much better Plus I believe at the end I gain a great credit rating thank you citizens pay
