To succeed in tournaments, you have to either play for years and watch hundreds (if not thousands) of hours of ads, or spend thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars. I've probably spent more time watching ads than playing. There are bugs/glitches that happen occasionally, but 7 out of 10 times you'll be ok. 90% of the clubs aren't used by anyone who cares about winning.

Don't think you'll get to play more than 2-4 holes at a time without spending money for gold. It's a good game. Sucks it wasn't made for players to enjoy a round of golf, but absolutely nothing more than an app to get people to spend money. A tournament costs 50-100 gold. I started playing 2 months ago. I spent 8 gold one time to open a pack. I still only have 3 gold. Uninstalling and looking for a different golf game.

Glitches in the game are an ongoing problem which makes a really fun game very disappointing at the same time. The swing meter freezes and then shoots the ball in the wrong direction on its own. Balls magically hover over holes. Update: Concrete reached out and gave me 100,000 gold for being so patient JKG. They have resolved my issues and the game is sailing smooth waters right now. Thank you Concrete.
