I was diagnosed with insulin resistant PCOS a few years back. Thankfully, with my eagerness to address my health issues, I came across the Cysterhood! After 2+ years, I've finally got a period and can get a good nights sleep. The app itself is super convenient, and I especially love the guided workouts that prompt you to take breaks in between. Recipes are great and you can access the support group without scrolling through Facebook! 10/10 recommend the app, but more importantly, the program.

At first, I was skeptical when my husband brought this app to my attention, because all the other things I've tried in the past to manage my weight and PCOS just didn't work. This app has all the information, meal plans, workouts and encouragement that I habe been looking for. I have been following the advice and diet changes for a few weeks now and have definitely felt changes within my body. I also dropped 4 lbs!! I'm so proud and happy to find something that actually works !

I listen to the podcast after watching several informative yt vids. Very helpful and fun. I was convinced I needed the app to join the cysterhood. But alas you have to pay to play. You can't do anything on the app before paying! and it's not cheap. I wish they would address this when they talk about the app or community, or at least make like 5 things free so you can at least see if it's for you. 2 stars because I like them, and they do have a lot of quality, free content other places.
