I had gotten a refund (supposedly) when I had an incorrect order in the form of app credit. The AI support desk said it was credited to my account. After submitting a new order it turns out I have no credit on my app at all and needed to pay in full. I tried to fill out the in-app feedback menu and checked off my grievances. When I was typing in my specific issues the text box maxed out after about 2 sentences. When I tried to submit it, the app sat and did nothing. Trash. Dont use.

Ordered food in the app at what the app said was the closest location - 5.6 miles - switched to Maps after ordering to find out that the restaurant was actually 18 miles away. Phone location is on, and Burger King app has my correct address. Contacted customer service to cancel order because of their app trying to send me 18 miles away - response from customer service said they would refund as a one-time courtesy. A one-time courtesy for a massive mistake on your part? Super classy of you 👏 👌

Decent but most fast food apps are better. This one needs to give discounts for using it. That's what is missing. All others give better discount for ordering through the app. No offense to the developer they aren't able to control the deals and discounts. Functionally perfect, just all fast food apps give great discounts for using the app. They ask to rate the app not just functionally.
