Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

Terrible customer service. Replying your comment: I don't have Facebook nor X, but what I'm sure it's that it is always a nightmare every time I send a request to your atyourservice email, call to your landline or try any other way to communicate with the bank. Apart from that, I never get a proper response, explanations, and it's a huge waste of time and annoying experience

This app used to be my favorite but my last 2 transactions were declined and the money is still in app and I can't use it nor i take it back to my personal account. Though i need the my hard earned money urgently but this app doesn't want to give it back even there no technical support from last 3 days. I'm calling again and again but issue is still not resolved and my money is still stuck
