AWFUL APP! It keeps locking up and has repeated buffering. Unable to watch a movie or show without pausing continuously throughout. This is the only app that does this, so it's logical that it's the app and not my internet. Hallmark needs to invest in quality app tech & support instead of gimmicks to get subscribers. I timed the buffering, and in 60 seconds, the movie paused EIGHT times! That's 720 times within a 90-minute movie!!! Frustration has set in, and the cost is not worth it.

Glitch, I did the trial and I watched the main movies and shows that were only available on the app. But when I go in and out of the app it comes up with no titles. It's all blank colored tiles so I have no idea what I am selecting. I was also trying to switch from the monthly and upgrade to the annual and it was not letting me change my choice very easily. Shows and content are great though when I can select it.

Unimpressed! I was excited about the Hallmark+ App with all of my favorite movies and shows but then trying to get through a movie without having to reset my TV constantly because it constantly wants to buffer is ridiculous. And then you want me to pay for that? If you could actually stream something then it would be worth it, but I won't even pay a dollar for this. It's sad cause it worked for a day or 2 to pull you in and then it started acting ridiculous with stopping. Figure it out Hallmark!
