Plyometrics - is a training technique designed to enhance power and explosiveness. This type of training was developed for Olympic athletes and has since then become a become a popular workout routine for people of all ages, including children, adults and adolescents.

Plyometric training works out the body using dynamic resistance drills that rapidly stretch a muscle (eccentric phase) and then rapidly shorten it (concentric phase). The goal is to train for maximum force production in the shortest period of time, so reps are low and the intensity and effort is high.

I have been testing other apps to find the app that has programs for my needs and I finally found it. There's such a wide range of videos here and it also customizes your workouts weekly. It helps you plan your routine better!

Doesn't actually work, tried to select rugby s n c. Claims there's no internet irrespective of my mobile data or wifi. Shame, definitely a need for this application on the market.

Have to pay for everything and the workout don't increase your vert its more like strength training for legs not that good an app
