I don't see an option to report a problem within the app. The app will direct you to clip a coupon, then you check the coupon box to clip and it says "coupon not available", but still keeps popping up. Also, if you try to purchase something for pickup on the last day of the sale, (when the store is still open), it won't give you the current sale price. Also, when you have already redeemed a coupon, it still shows up as if it's available to use, but only if you click "shop deal" you see its not.

Your app sucks now! You stopped sending out your weekly ad and only have it available on the app. The problem is that you can no longer zoom in on the ad to actually see what's included in the sale! The "view print ad" banner at the bottom of the page impedes your view of the ad. Fix this!!!!!!!!! It's to the point that I won't even shop at Fry's anymore, because I can't even see what's on sale!!!! 🤬

Never works right and doesn't add coupons. I've tried over and over but it won't connect to my phone or phone number, (I have to go though a half dozen tabs and use it as a digital card.) It won't add the digital coupons. I have to go line by line correcting issues every time I checkout. In fact I have never been able to use the stupid app without getting employee assistance and a few times the manager to price override just to get the correct price.
