It would be really cool, if it worked correctly. I love the look of it and once I figured out how the bits were being placed it is quite readable. For me, the widget only half works, however. When I go to my home screen, the time is almost always wrong, being frozen/stuck on some previously rendered time. Reopening the app refreshes the render, but it is quite annoying to have to open the app anytime I want an accurate reading on the time, and kind of defeats the purpose of having a widget.

Clearly the best binary clock widget, free or paid, currently available for Android. Follows all modern guidelines and does the job beautifully. Unfortunately, screen real-estate is just too expensive to justify sacrificing a 3x1 plot for something without any practical purpose.

It looks like it would be great, but it won't let me set it as a widget. I'm using a galaxy s10e, and whenever I press add, it sends me back to the app with no explanation. I'm not able to allow any permissions. I'd love if the app worked, but unfortunately it currently doesn't.

Shouldn't open anything now (v1.9) on adding the widget to homescreen.
