HEALTHY HABITS
We automatically sync your devices incl. Fitbit and Oura Ring to identify your existing Healthy Habits. Everything from getting 10,000 steps and 7 hours of sleep to intermittent fasting and different kinds of workouts. We score each Habit based on frequency, with daily being the highest level. There's 16 Healthy Habits now and we keep adding more!

You can choose from 6 different goals, that will drive our recommendations and challenges for your Habits through the app: Longevity, Weight Loss, Strength, Lower Stress, and Activity.

CAMERA HEART RATE MONITOR, NO WEARABLE NEEDED!
Healthzilla can now monitor your Resting Heart Rate ("RHR") and Heart Rate Variability ("HRV") using your phone's camera. It takes just 60 seconds, and will measure your RHR (heart health) and HRV (stress & recovery) just like a wearable device. Do the Stress Scan every morning before getting out of bed for best results!

NEW: 16-HOUR INTERMITTENT FASTING TIMER
The latest health & fitness trend is Intermittent Fasting. Use our free fasting timer to fit the ideal 16:8 fast into your day. We'll notify you once you can eat again! If you forget to set the timer in the evening, you can edit the start time to capture your fast.

NEW: 10-MINUTE MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TIMER
The easiest way to fit some mindfulness meditation into your day is to use our unguided meditation timer, with beautiful Tibetan gongs to help you stay focused on your meditation.

DAILY STRESS SCORE

We produce a simple understandable score by analyzing trends in your wellness data to find patterns indicating a good or bad stress response, using data including Resting Heart Rate ("RHR"), Heart Rate Variability ("HRV), Sleep hours, and Workout minutes.

DAILY RECOMMENDATIONS
Zilla analyzes your workouts stored from fitness apps or wearable devices (Fitbit and Oura Ring), and recommends what activities are the best today given your Stress Score. Is today a great day for a run, or an intense gym workout? Maybe best to just go for a walk.

FITBIT SUPPORT
We now also support connecting to your Fitbit account incl. steps, resting heart rate, sleep, weight, workouts, and food calories.

OURA RING SUPPORT

Good. Promissing app. Is there a way and is it possible in Android system or in the App to change the default camera with which to take the measurement? And instead of the main one to use the macro or wide lense etc. Because of the way they are placed, the main one is too far away from the flashlight.

Thanks Claudi, glad to hear you are finding value with the app so far. That's a good suggestion we will take a look at. The challenge is Android phones and cameras come in many shapes, so a lens selection would help.

It's the only current free HRV tester I've found. It used to work every time. Now it's getting harder and harder to find my pulse. And it's burning my finger. Today after burning my finger it didn't give me a reading. Just ms? What does ms mean?

Could not detect pulse using Samsung Galaxy S9, yet any other app can. Uninstalled.

Thanks for the feedback Michelle. We understand how annoying that must be, but the challenge of Android is that a single algorithm doesn't work consistently on all hardware and software. It takes a lot of effort to achieve which is hard for a small team. We're working on a solution. We hope you'll re-consider the rating once we fix the issue.
