Fun game but scales badly. Even as a spender the upgrades are way more than you can earn by a long shot. Some purchase chains also are deceptive and will change after you make a purchase. Update: After my review I am now stuck on the same level no matter how many upgrades I save up for and no matter how perfect the run is.

It's a fun resource management game. The art design is unique and fun. There is decorating you can do with your hospital and upgrades you can get with coins you earn playing levels. You can get extra coins and level plays by watching ads. You can buy some upgrades with gems you get from achievements or by purchasing them from the shop. All in all, it's a fun game with no ad interruptions unless you want to watch ads for extra coins or other rewards.

I spent $2.00 for no ads and still get ads between games. What a rip-off. I don't mind ads for rewards, but if I didn't click on those, then no ads should show up. Hence why I stated I don't mind ads for rewards, but I'm still getting them after each level. Also, if it's only for interstitial ads state it in the purchase, don't try to act like you guys don't hide that stuff when selling.
