App goes down at randomly outside of times the app is intentionally down for servicing. Other times you cannot transfer money from one account to the other. I have had my card just not work on multiple occasions despite not being expired or lack of funds. Which is just embarrassing especially when your total is less than $5. Otherwise fine since it's not constant. But the unpredictability is stressful. Other than that the app is very easy to use. Assistance is easy to reach, swift, and kind.

Great intuitive navigation and very user friendly. Easy to find what I need quickly. Could use a few more features that require visiting the branch but overall excellent app and convenient use. Update: 09/24 - features upgraded and now we can do all that we need from the app. I recommend downloading. 5 stars.

It's so easy to transfer, deposit and keep up with all my accounts, and as a bonus ive increased my savings and my credit rating since ive gotten the app, its so easy to pay my bills on time now. love this app. so easy to move money around to different accounts. and to see all activities at any time. Rivermark credit union is so wonderful, cust service is always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, Ive been a cust. For decades and never have been let down by RM employees
