Where's the map?! That's 99% of the reason I'd download an app for the MN Zoo, and there's no map. Even a button to just look at a PDF would be fine, but there's nothing! Why would I use this app while I've got overstimulated, overheating kids pulling on my arms about wanting to see this animal or that exhibit? I work in IT, I get the fun of putting together a bunch of fun features. But think about user-centered design - what do your users need from an app? Not what do you want to develop.

There's no map anywhere, and I thought I'd be able to view my acct and get tickets from the app but it just takes you to the webpage to do those things. I'm not getting the point of this app???

Experience at zoo was great but the app was useless.
