Like most others, app does not allow user to purchase tickets for movie showings. The issue I have is no matter the form of payment, credit card, Google play, etc. There is a 100% error that the payment fails, even after Visa, Mastercard does an ID check, and you verify the code. Extremely frustrating, when the actual website does not have any issues with booking tickets, with any of the payment methods associated to the account. Dropping over $200 for a couples night out, I'd expect better.

Horrid app. I somehow manage to sign up and tried to pay for the Gold Membership. First time around it didn't work. I had to go on my PC and confirm my email or something like that. Then I was finally able to upgrade to Gold. None of the images are showing, it's just the text next to them. I was able to finally purchase tickets (which by the way I couldn't input the data into the app, had to do save my card as a favorite payment method on PC) the app is very broken with many hangups and crashes.

This ap used to work well. But for the past 1.5 years I cannot book a ticket. The ap allows me to go through the whole process only to say "payment failed" at the end. On 3 occasions, both me and a manager have contacted IT and it always comes back as its a problem on my end...even though I have no problem processing payments with any other ap on my phone. Very frustrating as I would come more if the ap worked as it should. You know whqt does work well? The automatic membership renewal. Figures.
