Very realistic to playing in a casino, but it's annoying to have to wait so long for other players thru the entire deck. Waiting for others actually has made me miss my turn a few times. We should be booted after missing one or two. I installed this to win diamonds for another game, so I'll probably uninstall once I'm done collecting them. I enjoy other casino games that are much faster.

Thank you for your review! If you mean poker, you can select fast tables in the lobby, where the turn time is reduced. Also, for example, in blackjack, you can sit at a private table where there will be only you, and you will not have to wait for other players.

The game and its options is nice but not fun to use or play because it lacks several things, of which the extreme slowness in changing from a game to another, as moving takes 30 to 50 seconds, also switching from 2D to 3D, and so on,besides the amount of ads.Also,manipulating the game itself means that the cards come the same every time, so if you get a queen, it is always accompanied by the number 2 card, and so on. People play poker to have a good time, but here we end up feeling disappointed.

Please describe the technical problem in detail via the in-game Support tab. The Random Number Generator we use in our algorithms ensures a fair playing experience. To make sure that it works properly, we got it checked by an independent company. Our algorithms have been certified according to all the standards.

I enjoy playing your game, but I have been having issues with the app, it will close out and I have to reopen to load, it does it continually throughout my game playing time. Also I have noticed glitches or delays in playing the game, or I put one amount on the table, but another amount is put instead, I know those can be minor issues, but the app closing continually that's a issue. But I really love the game the app and will continue to use it. Thank you for the fun of playing.
