This app doesn't allow me to redeem my credit card rewards as cash into my checking account (something that is BASIC for other credit cards), only as a check, in the mail, AND that option doesn't show in the app, you have to do it on the website! Very shady practice by Capital One. I wanted my rewards into my checking account not as a statement credit on my credit card!

Available credit not adjusted properly the last couple of weeks, Quicksilver & Savor accounts. The problem appears same online or in mobile app. After I transferred several deposits into Savor account: Nov 6, 7, 12, 13, 16, 17, 17, 18, & 20, some of my charges were declined, I believe unjustly. I was preparing to upgrade my really old computer on the morning of Nov. 20, right when a sale was set to commence. Because data errors messed up my plans, I gotta request fix from Support.

Awful service. I have 2 cards with CO and a purchase that I made through Amazon, where I use the card a lot, got declined by the card that had the balance available, and is rewards card, as fraud. However, the other card, which had very little funds accepted the charge, putting it over the limit, but allowing them to charge more interest, higher limit card, and screw me out of my rewards. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
