Tried also calling them from their hotline but when i press to speak with a live agent a get routed to end call. Its really hard to contact watsons whether call or chat no matter what time or day. Update the watsons app is realy good. Its too slow, delayed resposnse, when an ad pops up its hard to get rid off. A lot of lags. Why dont you hire better developers?

There is one feature that is lacking as far as I've observed. Unlike other online shopping apps, the moment you checkout some items the app won't tell you the range of days of when would your order be delivered. And also, the moment you open the app, it's hard to go to the main interface or it is just taking some time to load before you can view some other products.

Your system needs improvement!!!!! You repeatedly asking me to update my phone number. Then you sent me an OTP and I made sure to input the correct numbers. But it appears to be incorrect for many retries. Very very bad experience. Won't be installing this app again, ever!
