This app does NOT function. Having installed it years ago, I can say that it is "down" more than it works. It used to be that my downloaded licences would just disappear and I would need to download them every time I wanted them. It is easier to just save a pdf file to my phone or take a pic of the paper license. Currently, and for several weeks, I get an error saying I have no internet connection. That error message itself is an error. This app is poorly designed and poorly maintained.

Year two of trying to buy an elk tag on the app and the developer still hasn't fixed the queue problem. Last year it bounced your place in queue backwards until you were in the low hundreds. This year I've been stuck at 2,981 for an hour, but another phone and laptop are moving forward quickly. Clearing cache and delete/reinstall and I get the exact same results. The only thing this app is good for is downloading an existing permit or license.

Two things: 1: when asking for a date of birth, a calendar that you can't just type in the date was a terrible idea. I spent 5 minutes scrolling through 30 years. I can't imagining how much that sucks for someone who's 50. 2: People from other states have letters in their driver's license numbers. The app opens the keyboard your phone uses to make calls, which doesn't allow you to type letters. I can't give an app that I can't log into any stars, because it makes the app totally useless.
