I love this app because it connects like-minded women together while participating in fun, memorable activities! Sometimes, getting accurate addresses is difficult with the Naver apps in South Korea. I think it's helpful that this app continues to include both Naver directions in the group descriptions, when publishing events in Korea. :) Wishing continued success stories for Hyo, the NomadHer team, and the women who get to network with other incredible women.

It's a good starting point for women who seek to travel and meet friends in a safe and comfortable space. The prices for some trips can be considered high, if you're on a tight budget. Otherwise, a great app for solo female travelers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. It takes your ID pictures to create an account and then you are asked to follow their Instagram page. Once your profile is created and verified, this app has a static screen with only one button to connect to their Instagram page. There is also no way to delete your account once created. It looks very shady. I would not recommend anyone to install it.

Hi Areena, I'm Hyo, CEO and founder of NomadHer. Our female staffs verify users manually and the screen that you saw is the final page of the verification. Normally it takes around 12- 24 hours and we thought people can feel our community vibe while waiting to be verified! If you have any questions send us to [email protected]!
