Latest update makes this app 100x better! And I can now stream music AND use the app! It is still missing desirable features like being able to log weight, log reps and workout weight. It also took away the timers and the dashboard/daily questionnaire which I kind of miss. The next iteration should look to JeFit or Strava for tracking and timers. Still loads better!

Great workouts and great information within the app. Tons of recipes that look good. I just wish the app worked offline when opening the app. I also wish the workout timers still did its job when you lock your phone. After unlocking the phone the app bugs out pretty hard. I also wish there were more pics for the recipes to actually look at as a reference. There's probably more im missing but these were the biggest complaints.

I haven't used the workout features but I was looking at the point calculator for the ACFT portion. Active duty military here, and the new ACFT has different stands based on gender and age, this app does not differentiate between these factors and the 60 points for the plank is all out wrong. males in the 17-21 age group is 1 minute 30 seconds. You guys may want to take a look on the standards again.
