They tell you to download the app at check in to get more information about the resort. For some reason it's not letting me download, constantly says pending. At least have secondary information for guests who can't get access through this stupid app. By the way this place blows I don't recommend the "resort" at all. Not inclusive. Nothing works here. Long lines. Look somewhere else.

Check in just don't work. I reserved 3 rooms for 6 people, but when I insert the reservation number or shows just 2 rooms for 4 people. When I try to send the documentation, in the last step (email) I receive the error "An error occurred. Please try again". So I spent a lot of time trying to advance the process, but I will need to do everything at the front desk anyway.

I was very excited when I found an amazing deal for Lexurius Oasis Cancun Resort. But now, when I read all the reviews, I'm so shocked. Almost every review is negative and complains about bad service, food, and activity. My vacation will be started on Sep 18th, and I don't know, what to do with my reservation. I'm curious, Why did the administration of Oasis Resort, not do anything to upgrade these services? What do I have to do?
