After receiving my blood test results from a recent physical, I thought I'd try an app to plug in all my data for analyzing. I was amazed how little options the app store has for this and what is available I found most of these other apps to be pretty disappointing. Ornament is a very well designed app. Lots of info in the free version. I would be MORE than happy to purchase this app if a one time fee ($10?), but for nearly $5 EVERY MONTH (or $32/yr) is extremely high and just not worth it.

Unable to upload PDFs from my phone using the method they described and ensuring that the files met their requirements. I tried several files and always got a 'something went wrong' message. For now, i cannot use the app since my records are all on PDFs and I'm not going to start printing them all and taking pictures of them in order to get them into the app. If you can get this resolved, I'll be happy to try again and update my rating.

Please write to the user support service at [email protected]. Let's try to figure out what went wrong in your case. In the subscription version there are no restrictions on digitizing pdf files. You can send files to a special e-mail address or upload them from a folder on your device. Sorry for the inconvenience.

*edited* app has been having a lot of issues recently (I was updated before posting- dev always suggests that). The new interface is weird too- lots of bugs in it for inputting/editing data. the idea is great and I really want it to be good. However with all the issues, not sure I will renew when my year is up in May.
