I'm 81. I'm not technophobic, but I'm not techno- adept, either. I find it much easier to increase and decrease the volume of my hearing aids using the app on my phone than the tiny switches on the aids, and the fine-tuning that's available with the app lets me easily adapt the aids to the conditions around me. In the one instance when I needed to email customer support, the response was very prompt; Kevin listened carefully and solved the problem.

Update. Nov 11, 2024. I just installed the latest version and it is great. They addressed everything I complained about below. Thank you Oticon Horrible app. takes a long time to connect and often connects only 1 hearing aid. Also the old app, at least on Samsung phone, allowed the app to stay running in the background. This sorry app won't do that. The app stays visible and therefore becomes cumbersome always having to move it out of the way. Bring back the old Oticon app worked great.

I've used this app since getting new hearing aids. Worse Bluetooth app I've ever used. Keeps dropping connection with one or both hearing aids. Try rebooting Bluetooth with minimal success. Usually end up unpairing then pairing with some success, but doesn't last long before it drops one or both again. Is it so difficult to do what other apps seem to do with more consistency? Recent upgrade seems like no upgrade. Give us something that works!
