trying to play back video clips rarely works, and when it does, it only plays like one frame ever 3 seconds. and if you have multiple cameras, about a quarter of the time when it sends you a motion notification, it attached a preview screenshot from the wrong camera. additionally, when upgrading my phone, apparently the app doesn't just let me log into my account, I have to add a new it existing camera to my new phone first. terrible software design.

I really like this camera, and it's simplicity to hook up and operate. The only problem I have with it is that the area blackout for detection does not work as well as it should to reduce areas you don't want detected to lessen notifications. I use a different camera in another area of my property that works great and costs less. With that said, I still like this camera because it can be inside and looks great through the glass. I'm sure this flaw can be fixed with a software upgrade easily.

Camera works well. When it works, the app is good too. The problem might be my phone but I don't think it is. The app sometimes pauses and stutters. I live on a very busy street and maybe it's just getting overwhelmed with all of the movement out there. Very handy tool though. I always wondered who was walking around at 3AM. Now, I know. Yikes. I feel much better having the ability to know when someone is around my home when I am out and my elderly mother is home alone, briefly.
