I’m disappointed with my experience using Clone AI. I paid nearly $10 for a weekly subscription, but the one video I created was poor quality—it turned my son into an unrecognizable character instead of aging him properly. Additionally, I purchased another feature with credits, but an app error took my credits without delivering the video. I feel like I wasted my money and time. Please address these issues and consider compensating users for such problems. Thank you.

A View From The Middle

I had to come back and drop this from a 2 to a 1. The more I think about it the more ticked off I get... After paying $7.99 and making two videos I noticed the credits. There was nothing about credits mentioned before I bothered paying the weekly subscription. I believe I'll be cancelling the entire thing and moving on. By the way, the aging video was a joke. Whatever it's called. I certainly didn't have the goatee when I was 11, nor did I resemble a cartoon character at 6. A little scammy.

I would give this a 0 if I could. Plz don't waste your money. I saw this app and thought it would be a great app. My brother died 13 years ago. All I have are a handful of photos. And on top of the 9$ i spent on the app gave them another 8$. And only 1 video worked. Then, it got corrupted and disappeared. Then, I spent the rest of the tokens. On trying to do the age progression so I could see what he would have looked like today. But it just keeps on taking And not giving me no product.
