At first, this app was great with finding you points for everything under the sun. However, when it comes to cashing out, there was an issue, & it lasted a few days w/receiving the verification codes to cashout. They fixed the issue after inwent through every step they suggested. And I guess they realized it eas on their end it was rectified. Other family members had the same issue. I just decided to pursue it. Now we're back at being great again. I really do like this app.

This is one of the best reward apps. There is so many ways to earn points. I don't play games very often until I tried the games on Pogo. They have different games then most other reward apps. That help a lot because you have a better chance that the game is the first time playing them. Most reward apps have the same games and you can't get the points unless it's the first time you played them. Thank you Pogo.

I like the concept. It's easy to use. I really do get points most of the time. However, I've tried multiple times to contact support about a game issue. Pogo power play games are the worst. You achieve one or two of their goals and then it takes you back to one of the beginning goals and tells you to reach it but you can't because you already have done so and all the rest of the goals are gone. This has happened multiple times. I've contacted support multiple times. No response.
