Ever since I started paying directly to Napster, and at a higher price, the quality of listening has gone down greatly. Every update gets worse. When I try and listen to music I can't tell you how many times it says "playback failed skipping to next song" and this is constantly. I have had this account and app for years before Napster bought out Rhapsody. Do better or lose a very long term customer, please.

The app is great for listening to music on the go, however, there isn't a way to make a payment in the app, and you have to go through hell and high water trying to access the site to pay. Now, I'm stuck without my Playlists until they decide to run the payment method again. š¤¦šæāāļø Update: They finally took the money out of my account, but when I tried logging in, now it's telling me I have to pay, AGAIN, and the amount has increased! I'ma about to cancel my subscription and move on.

This app is still horrible. No joke. I was thinking it was my phone or my data, but no, it's the app. The app refuses to connect. It will keep saying that it's unable to connect. I've been getting this for about a month now. I hate Spotify, which is why I moved to this app as it was onpar with Spotify in quality, but this has changed drastically. Napster, your customers are demanding change and for fixes. So why aren't you doing it?
