Edit: I got a new phone and Pure Flix works great on it!! I love Great America Pure Flix! I am on the app on my TV all the time. The content is incredible! I am disappointed in the Android app for my phone. I like to find new content on my phone to save in my watchlist to watch later on my TV, but the last few days the app won't load. It keeps going back and forth between portrait and landscape modes and has a loading page but never loads anything. I really hope it gets fixed soon!!!

I've had Pure flux for years. Worked perfect no matter what. Got a new tablet and tried to download it. Horrible. Everytime I download and open the app, it just flips from side to side. Whether on a tablet, phone(iPhone and Android) or kindle, they all do the same thing. It works perfectly fine on my Roku TV. Just the new downloads doesn't work anymore.

The 2 star rating is for the APP, not the streaming service, which I enjoy. Can't recall for how long, may be years, the app will NOT open on my Galaxy tablets (current A9+; previous A7). Once installed, it buffers on the title page, then goes into a black screen, and I can not sign into my account. However, I have a Galaxy S23 smartphone (which runs on the same software versions as my current tablet: One UI 6.1, Android 14), yet I am able to install and sign in on my phone. Makes no sense.
