Can't even book 3 days-2 nights x3 rooms. Even if I book 1 room, when proceed to make payment, error prompt saying 'you've reached the maximum number of room(s) allowed on this date. Please choose another date' Then I'm no longer able to search & book again. The error message keeps popping up. This happens at the webpage too. Really lousy app & company, I have encountered these happens to most large Malaysian corporation websites. Billions in profit but can't get a single app to work correctly

Today, when click on the App, it prompts that a new version of the Resorts World Genting app is available. When click on update now, it goes to Google Store, but nothing to update. When click on Open, the same prompt page appears. The App verson: 2.2.0 Build: 898. Please help to resolve.

Very bad user experience. 1. First searching on room, u get free. Second click same day become not available. What a lousy whatever strategy. Sack your head of strategy 2. OK, that's fined if need to pay. I paid it while using touchngo, after payment successfully. It failed to book the room. If your tester couldn't cover negative scenarios. Sack your testing team. 3. Now I don't know where to complaint to claim by my room or my money.
