Hopeful... that they don't just deploy several chargers in the largest metro city in a state and nowhere else. Hopeful that they do better than other charging companies and have a reliable app and charging infrastructure. My rating will vary over time. Right now there's non where I live in Colorado and the two that are there are, of course, in northern Colorado.

I have not used the app yet but did use a station in Federal Way WA. The station did NOT require the app and did NOT require registration. I just tapped my card, approved the price, plugged in and the charge session started. I'm not sure the price I was charged was the price I approved because I didn't use the app and didn’t see how many kW I purchased, but the price charged seemed high so I dinged the rating 1 star.

It charged well and was easy to use. Thank you. Feedback to HELP you/us: - STOP making us download apps and do weird stuff. Think gas pump, tap card, charging starts, please, please!!!! You are a leader now, great move installing chargers, now raise the bar, I'm 7-11 fan now - make your system work no matter the order of connector plugging and card tapping - put display at average human eye level, don't make us bend over - % is completely unreadable, low contrast, don't show % on dark background
