Choose your account notifications – email or text message – and how and when you want to receive them. View your usage with easy-to-read graphs, helping you better control your usage and save on your next bill.

Liberty My Account App is compatible with the most recent Android OS version as well as two preceding releases.

Additionally, the Liberty My Account web portal supports browsers: Chrome, Chrome Mobile, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Safari Mobile.

The Liberty My Account App is currently available to Liberty Utilities customers in Massachusetts and former Empire District electric, gas, and water customers.

Have not been on the app in awhile, as I had set up monthly autopay. Attempted multiple times to log on today--with password, with biometrics, with 2FA, password reset, using both the app and the web UI. Unsuccessful on all counts. The app would bring up my account info onscreen for 2 seconds, then return to login screen. (The web UI displayed an "Unauthorized" error, even after 2FA.) Extremely frustrating experience!

For several months, my app did not work after they updated their billing in general. It didn't matter the updates, a message would pop up and I couldnt do or see a single thing. I had to do it all online on my computer. Today, I uninstalled and re-downloaded the app, and it's working perfectly. It's a much nicer and smoother UI. Its just disappointing I had to go so many months before fixing the issue.

App has been absolute trash the last 6 months. Payment server updated and not able to manage transfer of automated payments, bill showed up the day after it was due once while the app wasn't working, had to log on on the computer to check it and pay manually. If this company were producing a product that the consumer had a choice to purchase or not, they would be bankrupt.
