Good app, but the Touch ID login process makes zero sense. Other apps accept the fingerprint scan as enough and don't make you put in your username and password. However, the NIPSCO app makes you put in your username and password BEFORE you can use the fingerprint scan option. What's the point of offering a fingerprint scan option if you have to put in your username and password every time in order to use it?

Very user friendly and easy. Makes paying my bills a breeze, and checking on them as well. Very good overall app. Get quick updates on my bill and payments histories, and customer support is easy to deal with also. Very easy, user friendly, convenient, and simple! 2024 update** Still super easy to use and simple to contact customer support, pay my bill, view my bill, and resolve any issues. Every time is a breeze with this app!

They want you to use the app, but if you use the app to pay your bill, they charge you extra for using the app! Next time I'll just pay using the paper bill and my credit card. The other thing is they don't tell you the time frame you're paying for, which is odd because everyone tells you your payment is for service from this date to this date. Technology is not always a useful thing if you confuse your customers and nothing is explained.
