Cards that were previously accepted, now not. This has become seriously ridiculous over the last couple months. Different locations tried with same results. Previous credit cards and debit cards both no longer work in the app. Ones I've used for years. I get the excuse of online ordering is turned off or that it's just an app error to pass the buck. But it's every single time no matter what day, time or location. The app is pretty much useless for us now.

It's the slowest app I've ever used. The lag is, at times, enough to make you order something else. Just try to change your pickup location. Your patience will be tested. UPDATE* I dont know how you make an app so bad. With the recent update, I have been logged out. I enter my correct email and password. It tells me *something went wrong..*Attempts to recover the account are pointless when the *recover password* link doesn't work. Have you considered hiring someone who knows how to make apps?

This app would be fire if it was functional more than 30% of the time. When it works it's great. It just doesn't work so much. It absolutely cannot select a location, or it will do this spinning food clip art BSOD that is absolutely cancerous. I literally have been trying to convince the app that I am trying to order from the sonic I am at for 10 minutes and it absolutely cannot handle that operation.
