Genuinely worst app I've ever had to use for anything. It's a buggy mess that's hardly usable. You have to resign-in everytime you use it and it fails most of the time. Fast food apps are supposed to be for saving money, but the subway app only ever has ONE deal at a time. The rewards program gives you 10 points for every $1 spent. At 400 points you can get $2 off a sub. For every $40 spent, subway rewards you with a $2 discount. Bottom line: Worst app I've ever used.

When it works, it's very slow. Have to wait 10 seconds between each action you take, then watch an animation of a green bar swiping toward the checkout bag for some reason that takes several more seconds. What finally killed it is that it stopped prompting for the password storage mechanism, so I had to go into the "forgot password" screen every time. Kills another minute. After some time, now it goes back to a white screen when you cancel the password reset. So yeah, not my lunch break đ

Annoying app. Incredibly slow doing anything, and it freezes on curbside screens. Unable to do curbside pickup lately because the app won't load the screen that shows the options for which type of car and color. Even before that, everything loads incredibly slowly in the app. Running this poorly on a quality smartphone is ridiculous in 2024. No problems with other apps, so this is all Subway.
