I got the App after my online credentials. which had worked for over a year and a half without issue, suddenly became invalidated. I got the app and it worked fine for 3 months...then stopped working. I've emailed, I've sent in tech tickets asking for some insight, and gotten nothing. The only way left is the god awful robophone system to pay my bill and I still have no answers. This app is unfriendly to use and wont process a card I use for every other bill, making it the only one that wont run

I have been unable to get app to work for at least month. I called but said no issues and no one to help. uninstalled, reinstalled, tried everything but says services unavailable. can't get help with app but no hesitation to charge minimum 10.00 late fee which can be easily more than 10% and possibly close to 20% depending on household.
