Easy Set-Up and Login Access
• Securely log into your CareCredit account with your username and password then enable fingerprint login to make logging into the app more convenient. If you’ve never accessed your account online; tap, “I’ve never logged in before” to get started.
• Looking for help or information about the app? Simply tap the "?" icon at the top right of the login screen to access contact information, login assistance, and FAQs at any time.

Honestly just like the card and the services provided, the app is almost as flawless. Look we all know that it's going to be a high interest rate, they're not offering it to you because you're well off. Yes the system is broke, but these people are trying to help those like us in need survive on a more realistic scale. It's not perfect but nothing is. Just be grateful that you're even allowed the credit. Not to mention a free app to go with it is a pretty hard find these days with any service

I have been using this for a few years now and I was sure I needed an update because features have flat out stopped working. For 2 months now it will not update my credit score. I will get emails letting me know my score has changed, but when I open my app it gives me no info. Keeps telling me there is an error. Hmm, just more useless technology... Can't help with my credit if it can't even give me an accurate depiction of it.

First couple of times of using this app was great. After that It has been saying that I've been putting in the wrong info to login. The first time I thought I forgot the password but nope. I repeatly having to change my password just to login. I know I'm not putting in the wrong info either because I have it written down and enter each character carefully. Even the fingerprint scan says it's wrong. It's better to just use the website.
